The Rain Master Hat (雨师笠, Yǔ Shī Lì) is one of Yushi Huang’s spiritual devices.[1]
Description[]
This device resembles a green bamboo hat. While it cannot create water, it has the ability to move the rain. By scooping up the water with it and flipping it over in the clouds, one can create rain in the desired area. The hat can only produce a small bout of rain however. Just moving the water once uses an immense amount of spiritual power and can be extremely time-consuming, ranging from five to six days.[1]
