Serpent Downpour From the Heavens (天降蛇雨, Tiān Jiàng Shé Yǔ) is the 52nd chapter of the manhua based on the Heaven Official's Blessing novel written by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu. It was published on the 30th of January 2021.
Summary[]
Ban Yue says that Xie Lian only got trampled to "death" because he wanted to protect her. He explains that at first he wanted to run away from the battlefield with her, but he had to rush into the middle as the fight had already escalated. Fu Yao pokes at fun at his self-sacrifcing nature and the fact that he forgot such an event. Xie Lian states he'd rather remember good food than these things.
He says he can't imagine Ban Yue would release the snakes on purpose and she reveals that they don't obey her anymore. Fu Yao interrupts them to tie her hands. Xie Lian asks her to summon a Scorpion Snake to investigate the matter further. A snake does appear, but it's unnaturally aggressive. Suddenly Scorpion Snakes start to pour down from the sky. Xie Lian orders Fu Yao to construct a fire screen when San Lang grabs him by the waist and holds an umbrella above them, reassuring that the snakes won't come near them.
